Fruit Smoothie

Introduction

This is my fruit smoothie recipe. I do a lot of alterations with frozen fruit, skim milk and protein. This is my fruit smoothie recipe. I do a lot of alterations with frozen fruit, skim milk and protein.

Ingredients

    Skim milk
    Berry Medley Frozen Fruit
    Protein Powder (I use Curves Vanilla Shake)

Directions

I add 1 cup of skim milk to the blender, then 2 scoops of vanilla flavored protein and then I mix in 1 cup of frozen fruit. This time I used Berry Medley, a mix of frozen blueberries, raspberries and blackberries. I like to use frozen fruit to "thicken and chill" my smoothie. I have also added a small banana and 1/2 cup of vanilla no fat yougurt to whatever frozen fruit I have. Once you have added your ingredients just mix with your blender till your frozen concoction is just the way you like it. A great drink just before or after your exercise.
