Ingredients

1 can pink salmon
2 tbsp chopped onion
1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
1 tsp dill weed, dried
1/4 c. nonfat plain yogurt
2 tbsp ground flax seed
2 egg whites
1 tbsp mustard
1 clove garlic, crushed
t tsp dried rosemary
Directions
Mix all ingreds. together. Divide into 5 parts and make into cakes. Fry in olive oil for until browned. Bake 15 mins more in 350* oven.
