Introduction

Low Fat and sugar free dessert! What more could you ask for?? Low Fat and sugar free dessert! What more could you ask for??
Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    3 cup Apple slices
    1/2 cup Whole Wheat Flour
    1 tbsp Cinnamon
    1/4 tsp Nutmeg,
    1 Tbs Sugar twin, ( or splenda)

    Topping:
    1 Tbs. margarine
    1 tsp.sugar twin, (or Splenda)
    1 tsp. Cinnamon, ground,
    1/2 c Flour, white,
    1 cup Quaker Quick minute Oatmeal

Directions

preheat oven to 375.

peel, slice apples for 3 cups. Spray baking dish 8x11(appx size) with Pam.
Sprinkle 1/2 cup whole wheat flour over apples, add 1 tbs.cinnamon, nutmeg, and 3 tsps sugar Twin (orSplenda).

Mix all ingredients together til it becomes crumbly. You may need to add a little more margarine .
PLace evenly in baking dish.
In small bowl mix remaining ingredients and sprinkly over top of apples.

Bake in 375 oven 45 minutes or til apples are tender and bubbly and topping is lightly browned.

Serve warm. Can add sugar free ice cream or Yogurt is desired. Or serve with warm skim milk!

**Note on Sweetner. YOu can use your own sweetner but you may need to adjust nutrional info for yours. I use Sugar Twin because Splenda does not agree with me. Sugar Twin is hard to fine in store So I mail order mine at: http://low-carb.com/sugartwin.html
