Ingredients

    1/2 cup quaker oats (not instant), 1 Large Egg, 1/2 cup Onions, 1/2 cup Green Bell Peppers, 2 lbs 93% lean ground turkey, 1 teaspoon black pepper, 1/2 cup catsup

Directions

Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Prepare loaf pan by spraying with Pam or equivelant. Mix contents in large bown and pour into loaf pan. Makes approx. 8 inch slices.
