IntroductionYou can lower the fat in the casserole by using Egg Beaters. You can lower the fat in the casserole by using Egg Beaters.
6-8 slices of turkey, low fat (diced)
1/4 cup shredded mexican cheese (or your favorite)
1/4 cup fat free mozarella cheese
1 cup 2% milk
salt and pepper to taste
Lightly Whip eggs, pour over bread. Slowly pour in milk, cheese, and turkey. Salt and pepper to taste. Mix lightly.
Cover and refrigerate overnight. The next morning, cook in preheated 350 degree oven for about 40 minutes.
Great for holidays - but I've started to use it for school mornings. Pop it in the oven while everyone's getting ready and we have a hot breakfast!
