Ingredients

    Ingredients: hard boiled eggs
    chopped spring onions
    mustard
    chopped tomatoes
    salt
    pepper
    mayonnaise
    butter
    slices of bread
    carrot
    cucumber peel
    tomato
    powdered coconut
    potato sticks
    cotton wool

Directions

Mix together hardboiled eggs chopped spring onions, mustard chopped tomatoes, salt, pepper and mayonnaise.

Stir well and spread the mixture over the buttered slices of bread. Close the sandwiches and remove the crusts.

Slice the sandwich diagonally. Stack them so they resemble a ?House?.

Slice the thick end of a carrot into a thin slice and trim the edges to make it a square. Use slivers of cucumber peel for windowpanes.

Secure with a cocktail stick and press into the stack as windows.

Slice the bit of tomato and with a cocktail stick secure it to a large piece of carrot as the door! Sprinkle powdered coconut as grass. Brush the roof with mayonnaise and coat with potato sticks.

Use a slice of carrot as a chimney and top with cotton wool as smoke. Place little sandwiches as a fence and coriander sprigs as trees.

There?s your Sandwich House!
