    4 boneless, skinless chicken thighs
    3 red potatoes
    1 7 oz. can mushrooms, drained
    1 10 oz. can tomatoes & chilies, drained, reserve 1/3 liquid
    3 t. Kraft Three cheese blend (Parmesean, Asiago, Romano)
    1 T. olive oil
    1 t. salt
    1 t. pepper
    2 t. chili powder
    2 t. garlic powder


Cut chicken and potatoes into bite size pieces. Combine chicken and potatoes in a skillet and brown lightly. Add remaining ingredients, including reserved tomato juice and simmer for 10 minutes. Place in a baking dish and bake at 400 for 40 minutes.
