Rebeca's Homemade Corn Tortillas

Ingredients

2 cup Masa flour (corn flour) ground for tortillas
1 1/4 cup water
1/4 tsp salt (or sea salt)
Directions
Mix ingredients together well. If dough seems too dry, add additional water by TABLESPOON. When ready, heat a griddle (or pan) with no fats (oil, spray, etc.). When water dances on griddle, roll dough into 1 1/2 inch balls. Using a tortilla press (or your hands) press ball until flat & thin. Place on dry hot griddle/pan until it dries, then flip. Just a few seconds to do this. Place in warming basket/container. Makes 16.
