Introduction

This is my homemade version of my favorite Clif bar!!! This is my first attempt so I may be tweaking the recipe!!! I'm looking for a way to clean them up!!! Ingredients

    Power PB, 8 tbsp
    Body Fortress 100% Whey Protein 8 scoops, Chocolate Flavor 240 gram(s)
    Almond Breeze Unsweetened Vanilla, 2 cups
    Kraft Jello-o Brand Fat Free Sugar Free Pudding, Chocolate, 4 Servings
    Oats, 3 cups

Directions

Mix Power PB and 4 scoops of the Protein with 1 cup Almond Breeze over a double boiler . Add the Pudding and mix until smooth


Add remaining 4 scoops of protein powder and 1 cup Almond Breeze until throughly mixed then pour mixture over the oats and mix until well coated.


Spread mixture into 2 9x13 baking dishes sprayed with non-stick spray. Place in refrigerator over night or until completely set.


Cut into bars and remove to a lined cookie sheet with bottom side up...it will appear gooey. Place back in refrigerator or freezer until solid


Each bar should be approximately 45 grams

Nutrient ratio~~~42.2% carbs, 35.1% protein, 22.7% fat
