Ingredients

1 can coconut milk
1 can sweetened condensed milk
5 large eggs
1/2 c coconut-grated
1/4 c vanilla
caramel
Directions
Wisk all ingredients in bowl (except caramel). Pour a couple tbsp caramel in bottom of 6 ramekins. Divided egg mixture into ramekins. Bake at 325 degrees for 30 - 45 minutes. Chill before serving.
