Ingredients

    1 peeled orange
    1 large or 2 small kiwi fruits
    1 frozen banana
    1/4 cup frozen strawberries
    1/4 cup mango
    6 oz orange juice
    2 Tbsp hemp protein
    2 oz Ning Xia Red (or other concentrated vitamin rich juice)
    2 tsp grated ginger
    ice cubes or frozen tea cubes
    2 tsp light agava nectar or other sweetner if desired

Directions

makes 2 large smoothies

put ingredients in a blender and let 'er rip.
