Introduction

cheaper than the store bought kind and just as good cheaper than the store bought kind and just as good
Number of Servings: 12

Ingredients

    1 1/2 cups chickpeas, rinsed and drained if from can
    2 large cloves garlic, peeled
    juice from 1/2 lemon
    2 tsp. cumin
    1 tsp. sea salt
    1/4 cup fresh parsley
    2 tbs. tahini
    1/4-1/2 cup water depending on desired consistancy
    1/2 cup jarred fire roasted red peppers, rinsed

Directions

Combine all ingredients in food processor, except water. Puree until combined. Slowly add water to acheive desired consistancy. Makes 12- 2tbs. servings. Perfect with baked pita crisps or fresh veggies.
