Ingredients

    2 tsp extra virgin olive oil
    1 cup chopped onion
    3 cloves garlic minced
    1 pound extra lean ground chicken or turkey
    1/4 cup tomato paste
    2 cans chickpeas rinsed and drained
    4 cups chopped swiss chard or kahle
    2 cups chopped tomatoes (can use canned)
    1 tbsp chili powder
    1tsp cumin
    1tsp kosher salt
    3 cans fat free chicken broth
    1 cup water


Directions

Heat oil, brown onion & garlic, add ground chicken or turkey, brown.
Add the rest of the ingredients simmer .
