12 lasagna noodles 15 oz part skim ricotta 1/2 cup part skim mozzarella, shredded 1/4 cup fat free parmesan, grated 2 cups tomato sauce 8 trader joe's meatless meatballs 10 oz frozen chopped spinach
Cook noodles according to directions, 8 minutes. Mix cheeses, egg, and spinach together in a large bowl. Pour 1/2 cup tomato sauce on the bottom of an 8x8 glass dish. layer 4 noodles over the sauce, top with 1/2 the cheese mixture followed by all the meatballs, crumbled. Repeat layers 1x. Top with noodles, sauce, and mozzarella cheese sprinkled on top.
Cooked, covered with foil, for 30 minutes. Remove foil and cook for another 10 minutes.
