Onion-Dijon Sirloin

Ingredients

1.5 pounds Sirloin Steak
5 Green Onion chopped
1/2 cup beef broth
8 slices bacon
2 tsp Dijon mustard
peppered seasoning salt to taste
Directions
Fry bacon in skillet until crispy, remove and place on paper towel.
Season meat with peppered seasoning salt while the bacon cooks.
Reserve 1 TBS of bacon grease and cook meat in it - about 6 minutes on each side, or until desired doneness.
When done, remove meat from pan, place on a plate and cover with foil to keep warm.
To skillet add onions, broth, mustard and broth. Heat over medium heat until sauce begins to thicken.
spoon over steaks and crumble bacon over the top.
Great served with brown rice and vegetables, or whole wheat pasta.
