Fresh Fruit With Mango and Honey Youghurt

Introduction

Ingredients

    250g punnet strawberries
    2 medium kiwi fruit (200g) sliced
    1 cup grapes (200g)
    1 medium passionfruit
    1 small mango (200g)
    1/2 cup low-fat plain yoghurt
    2 tsp honey

Directions

Cut up strawberries, kiwi fruit and grapes into small bite size pieces combine together and put into a large bowl or divide fruit into 4 serving dishes. Blend or process mango, yoghurt and honey until smooth, place in jug, refrigerate before serving over fruit, when ready to serve.
Garnish with passionfruit pulp!
