1 lb Pork sausage roll 1 cup southern hash brown potatoes 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese 5 eggs 1/4 cup milk 1/8 tsp pepper
Heat oven to 375 degrees. Spray with cooking spray pie plate. Cook sausage in skillet breaking into small pieces; drain. Spread on paper towels to absorb excess grease. Spoon into pie plate. Top with hash brown potatoes, then cheese. Beat eggs with milk and pepper. pour over cheese. Bake 30-35 minutes until slightly puffed and knife inserted into center comes out clean.
