Introduction

I saw another members recipie, but I used what i had on hand instead. I saw another members recipie, but I used what i had on hand instead.

Ingredients

    1/2 cup Del Monte lite fruit cupm drained
    1/2 cup 2% skim milk cottage cheese
    1/2 cup Basic 4 Cereal

Directions

start with draining the fruit cups
then layer the mixed fruit into bottom of bowel /cup
next layer the cottage cheese
top off with layer of Basic 4 Cereal
