Berry Protein Smoothie

Introduction

This smoothie has added protein which makes it a complete meal, filling you until the next meal. This smoothie has added protein which makes it a complete meal, filling you until the next meal.
Number of Servings: 2

Ingredients

    * Yogurt, plain or vanilla, skim milk, 1 cup (8 fl oz)

    * Blueberries, Strawberries, or Mixed Berries, frozen (unsweetened), 1 cup, unthawed

    * EAS Advant Edge Protein Powder, 6 tbsp

    * Milk, nonfat, 1 cup

Directions

Put the fruit and protein powder into the bottom of a blender. Add the milk and pulse on blend until well blended. Add in the yogurt and blend until smooth.

Pour into two equal glasses. Recipe can be halved or the second glass can be frozen for later (just re-blend when ready to eat).
