Almost Fat Free French Toast

Ingredients

2 slices honey-wheat bread (or your favorite bread)
1 egg white
1 tbsp 2% milk
1/4 tsp vanilla
1/4 tsp cinnamon
dash cloves
dash nutmeg
1/2 cup unsweetened, organic applesauce, to serve
Directions
In a wide, flat dish, mix together all ingredients but bread. Soak each side of bread for 1 - 2 minutes in mixture.
Fry on medium low on a griddle (using nonstick spray - not oil) about 5 minutes on each side, until nicely browned and very fragrant.
serve while hot with applesauce (heated, if preferred).
