2 lb chicken wingettes
1 cup Frank's Red Hot Sauce (or hot sauce of your choice)
1/4 cup light margarine/butter
1tbsp chopped garlic (optional)
Melt margarine/butter in the microwave. Mix with hot sauce (and garlic), stir well. Coat wings in sauce.
