Ingredients

    1 lbs Stew Beef
    1/4 cup chopped onion
    1 can 98% Fat Free Cream of Mushroom soup
    1 cup of Fat Free Sour Cream
    Salt & Pepper to taste

Directions

Preparation:

Brown meat and onions together. Add soup, sour cream, salt and pepper.

Cover; cook on simmer 1 hour.
