    * 3oz Chicken, finely diced (I use light & dark meat from a rottiserie chicken)
    * 1 Celery stalk, finely diced (54 grams in the recipe calculator)
    * Red Onion, finely diced (Optional)
    * 2 tbsp Sour Cream
    * 30 grams Greek Yougurt 0% (I use Trader Joe's)
    * Salt & Pepper to taste


* Finely dice Chicken, Celery, and Onion seperately
* Mix all ingredients
* 1 Serving
* I make 2 pita pockets (1 full pita) with Joseph's Flax, Oat Bran & Whole Wheat Low Carb Pita's and add tomato and cucumber slices.
