Strawberry Spinach salad

Ingredients

    5 oz spinach
    1 cup sliced strawberries
    1/4 cup sliced red onions
    2 Tbsp olice oil
    1/2 tsp salt
    1/4 c splenda
    2 Tbsp white vinegar

Directions

In large bowl mix spinach, strawberries, and onion. Mix remaining ingredients. Pour over salad and toss to coat

    I love this salad, I add a few blueberries and use regular sugar, I also add grilled chicken strips to make it a full meal. - 3/12/09

    I used regular sugar since I don't use anything artificial, and only had red wine vinegar, but it still tasted great! I've had pear and spinach, but never strawberries, it was wonderful, thanks! - 1/11/09

    I followed SUEAINNYC's suggestion and used white balsamic vineagar with no splenda. Delicious! And such a beautiful presentation. I will serve to guests and be proud! I served Goat Cheese Stuffed Chicken breasts (SparkPeople recipe) on top in the middle of the salad. YUM! - 6/24/08
