Bohemian Fish Bake

Introduction

This is a great recipe with everything you need in a meal. Including easy clean up! This is a great recipe with everything you need in a meal. Including easy clean up!
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    4 fish fillets (your favorite)
    4 medium potatoes
    2 tomatoes
    1 lasrge onion
    1 can green beans
    4 tbsp. margarine
    salt and pepper to taste

Directions

Start with four sheets of aluminum foil. Place 1 fillet on each. Thinly slice potatos and place one on each of the filets. Thinly slice tomatoes and place half tomato on each. Thinly slice onion and distribute on all four packets. Add margarine, salt and pepper to taste. We also add a little sprinkle of blackening seasoning for a little extra kick. Fold foil and make sure it is "sealed." You can cook on the grill (medium heat) or in the oven (350 degrees. Takes about 1 hour. Open foil (be careful of steam) and enjoy!
