Sugar-free Cinnamon Oats

Introduction

a great flavored "instant" oatmeal you mix yourself! a great flavored "instant" oatmeal you mix yourself!
Number of Servings: 7

Ingredients

    2 c. quick oats
    2 tsp. ground cinnamon
    1/8 tsp. Butter Buds
    3/4 c. sucralose (Splenda)
    1/4 tsp. salt


Directions

Mix all ingredients well.

Put 1/3 c. of mixture into cereal bowl. Add 2/3 c. water (or milk - make sure to add in the nutritional info!) and microwave for 2 minutes.

Can add a sprinkle of nutmeg before cooking; 2 tsp. applesauce and/or 1 oz. chopped walnuts after; or any flavoring extract you want (try maple!)
