IntroductionWhile not as rich as the "real thing" it's a great replacement! While not as rich as the "real thing" it's a great replacement!
1 package sugar free fat free Vanilla cook and serve pudding (small box)
1 cup water
1 Tbs pumpkin pie spice
1 can pumpkin (about 1.5 cups)
1 Keebler Reduced Fat Ready Crust Graham Cracker Pie Crust
Put over med heat and stir until thickened.
Remove from heat and fold in pumpkin.
Pour into pie shell and refrigerate at least an hour until pie sets.
