Introduction

Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    1 lb. cubed, raw chicken breast (boneless, skinless)
    3 Lightlife smart sausages (sliced)
    1/2 lb. bay shrimp
    1 medium yellow onion (diced)
    1 red bell pepper (chopped)
    2 celery stalks (chopped)
    2 medium tomatoes (diced)
    Zatarain's Creole Seasoning
    1 tsp. dried Oregano
    1 tsp. ground black pepper

Directions

In your slow cooker add, chicken, sausages, onion, bell pepper, celery, tomatoes and dried seasonings (all of them).

Cook on medium for 5-6 hours.

10-15 minutes before serving, add the bay shrimp to the Jambalaya. This will ensure that they are not over cooked.

Serve over a cup of rice.
