Cinnamon Roll Ups

Introduction

Easy cinnamon rolls w/o the calories. Easy cinnamon rolls w/o the calories.
Number of Servings: 16

Ingredients

    Loaf of bread of your choice.
    Fat free cream cheese
    3 T Splenda or Sugar
    1 egg yolk
    1 t vanilla

    Cinnamon
    Splenda or Sugar
    Buttery Spray

Directions

Note: Chopped raisins and/or nuts may be added to the cream cheese mix, but will increase the calories.

Cut the crusts off of the loaf of bread.

Mix the Cream Cheese, Splenda, Egg yolk, and Vanilla in a bowl. Then spread it onto slice of bread.

Roll the slice of bread and pinch a bit to keep it rolled.

Mix the remaining splenda and the cinnamon to taste.

Spray the rolled bread with buttery spray and roll it into the cinnamon/splenda mix.

1 Loaf of bread is equal to 16-18 servings.
Place on a cookie sheet and bake at 350 for 20 mins.
