2 tsp splenda
1 cup Cottage Cheese
1 cup Oatmeal - not cooked
Mix in blender. Add in the order given and blend between additions. Pour directly onto medium hot pan, flip when bubbles appear. We love to dip these in yogurt. Or top with honey and bananas.
