Introduction

Ingredients

    Beef, round steak, 1.35 lb
    Peppers, sweet, red, raw, sliced, 1 cup
    Onions, raw, 1 cup, sliced
    Hot Pepper Sauce, 1 tsp
    *A1 steak Sauce, 1 tbsp
    Garlic, 3 tsp

Directions

I bought cubed round steak, if you have whole just cut it in cubes, put some water in a pan and let cook on low for a hour or until tender, while doing that cut onion and pepper in slices, add steak sauce, garlic and hot sauce (I put this stuff in a baggies and let sit till the steak was tender) drain the water out of the steak sauce add the rest of ingredients and cook till done (I used the extra juice for gravy for potatoes )
