Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef
1 cup chopped onion
1 can (14-1/2 oz.) Diced Tomatoes
1 cup dried whole wheat elbow macaroni
1-1/2 cups (6 oz.) reduced fat shredded Cheddar cheese
Directions
Brown beef and onion in large skillet; drain.
Add undrained tomatoes and 1 cup water; bring to boil.
Stir in macaroni. Bring to boil; reduce heat.
Simmer, covered, 10 minutes or until macaroni is done, stirring once.
