Ingredients

Ground Turkey, 100 grams
Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped
Garlic, 5 cloves
Green chilli, 4 pcs
Balsamic vinegar, 1 tsp
*Heinz Organic Ketchup, 5 tbsp
Egg, fresh, 3 large eggs
Cummin seed, 1 tsp
Olive Oil, 3 tbsp
Cilantro, raw, 3 tbsp
Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
Fry onions in olive oil until translucent. Add finely chopped garlic, green chillis,crushed cummin seeds,salt and pepper and fry with the onions for a further one minute. Add the ground turkey and fry with the rest of the ingredients. Add balsamic vinegar, ketchup, cilantro and break the eggs and cook together until eggs are scrambled and done.
