1 scoop EAS chocolate soy protein powder
1 scoop whey protein powder chocolate or vanilla
8oz chocolate soymilk

This is kinda high in calories but is really great and filling after a morning workout. It fills me up for several hours when I have for lunch after my workout.
I have also added a fiber one vanilla yogurt to it when I had more calories for the day. You can also use any fruit you like.
