Shannon's Chocolate Banana protein smoothie

Ingredients

1 scoop EAS chocolate soy protein powder
1 scoop whey protein powder chocolate or vanilla
8oz chocolate soymilk
1 medium banana frozen
Directions
Combine all ingredients in blender and blend until banana completely incorporated. For an even thicker smoothie freeze half of the soymilk prior to adding to blender.
This is kinda high in calories but is really great and filling after a morning workout. It fills me up for several hours when I have for lunch after my workout.
I have also added a fiber one vanilla yogurt to it when I had more calories for the day. You can also use any fruit you like.
