Ingredients

EAS 100% Whey Protein, 1 serving
    Quick Oats, 2/3 cup
Fat free Sugar free pudding mix, 1/8 cup
    *natural peanut butter, 1.125 tbsp
Banana, fresh, 1 large (8" to 8-7/8" long)
Strawberries, fresh, 6 large (1-3/8" dia)
Water, tap, 2 cup (8 fl oz)

Directions

Put all the ingredients in the Blender and mix until it is drinkable. Of course you don't add them all at once, that makes a mess. I usually make this the night before and keep it in the fridge. Then I grab it on the way out the door. It's tasty and gives me a full breakfast after a workout.
