BBQ Venison Rice

Introduction

A spin on sweet & sour rice. (You can substitute gound turkey if you don't have access to venison) A spin on sweet & sour rice. (You can substitute gound turkey if you don't have access to venison)
Number of Servings: 3

Ingredients

    1 Green Pepper
    .5 Cup Onions
    3 Tbsp Kraft Honey BBQ Sauce
    2 Servings Boil in a Bag Brown Rice
    6 oz Ground Venison
    Garlic, Salt & Pepper to taste

Directions

Chop green peppers and onions in bit size chunks. Brown the ground venison and boil the rice. Once the venison is cooked, add the peppers and onions. Saute long enough to lightly soften the pepper (keep them a little crunchy). Add the bar-b-q sauce and mix well. When the rice is done, add it to the venison and mix together. Serve hot!
