Introduction

Sugar free-low fat Sugar free-low fat
Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    1 can evaporated skim milk
    3 large eggs
    1 egg white
    1/4 t salt
    1/2 t cinnamon
    1/2 t vanilla extract
    1/3 c dates (raisins can be used)
    1/2C water
    3 light wheat english muffins
    1/2 C splenda granulated





Directions

Blend all ingredients except bread & dates in a bowl.Break bread into small pieces into loaf pan. Top with dates (raisins may be substituted) Pour egg/milk mixture over top. Let soak for 10 min. Preheat oven to 325. Spray non stick cooking spray in loaf pan. Bake for 40-45 mins. Makes 6 nice servings.
