1- 26 oz can black beans, drained
1/4 cup whole wheat flour (or any kind of flour- I often use rice or oat)
8 oz 60-70% dark chocolate
1 cup packed brown sugar
6 large eggs
Pour into a Pyrex baking dish and bake for 27-30 min on 350F.

These brownies are amazingly delicious. You can't taste the beans at all, you just taste chocolate yumminess. They are best after chilling in the fridge over night. - 5/17/09
