Trish's Whole wheat pancakes




Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    3 c whole wheat flour
    2 t. cinnamon
    1t. nutmeg
    3/4t sea salt
    2T brown sugar
    1T baking powder
    1/2 c buttermilk powder

    2 eggs
    2T unsweetened applesauce
    2 1/2 c water


Directions

Mix all dry ingredients together. Add wet ingredients one at a time a mix with mixer until mixed well. Spoon about 1/4c of bater onto prepared griddle. Enjoy!
