Cut the chicken breast into half, then each half into 5 strips; put the chicken strips, cut scallions, minced garlic, sage and pepper in a bowl and mix. Make sure you have 10 skewers available. In an oven skillet put aluminum foil or baking foil. on each skewer place a chicken strip. when done put them in the skillet, sprinkle some olive oil and toss in the oven. 20 min at 220 C. makes 10 small servings.
additional you can wrap each skewer in bacon strips before putting it in the oven. but then a serving would be 50+ cal instead of 17 cal
