IntroductionLight, fluffy and delicious! (Nutritional info is for one pancake) Light, fluffy and delicious! (Nutritional info is for one pancake)
1-1/4 cups Whole Wheat Flour
3 tsp Baking Powder
1 tbsp Brown Sugar (packed)
1/4 tsp Salt
1/4 tsp Nutmeg (or Cinnamon)
1/4 cup Egg Beaters (or another egg substitute)
1-1/4 cup milk
1/4 cup Applesauce, Unsweetened
2. Add egg, milk and abblesauce to dry ingredients. Mix until blended together.
3. Heat pan until hot, and then reduced to medium heat.
4. Poor 1/4 cup of batter per pancake into the pan.
5. Serve with your favorite fresh fruit such as bananas, strawberries, blueberries, etc.
