Introduction

Give the gift of warmth with your own hot-chocolate mix. You can even customize the mix depending on the dietary needs of the gift recipient. If they're watching calories, use a sugar substitute. Number of Servings: 98

Ingredients

    10 cups dry milk
    2 cups unsweetened cocoa
    4 3/4 cups sugar
    1 3/4 cups flavored creamer (any you like)

Directions

Mix all ingredients well. Seal in airtight container or bag. To serve put 3 tbsp in a mug and add hot water. It is also good added to coffee.

Serving size=3 tbsp
Total servings = about 98

    I've made a similar recipe, substituting Splenda for sugar in the batch I made for my diabetic coworkers. When I packaged the regular mix, I tied a candy cane to each jar lid with a note suggesting the candy cane be used as a stir stick to make mint hot cocoa. - 12/18/13

    Why can't we use Milk and natural ingredients a lot of the Chemicals in the dry milk and creamers is what keeps us from loosing weight!!!!!
