Ingredients

    Mix Together:
    1 Can of Albacore Tuna in Water
    2 TBSP of Wasabi Mayonaise Trader Joes
    1TSP of Crushed Garlic
    1/4 of chopped celery
    1/4 of chopped onions
    Then Put it on and Top with:
    100% Whole Wheat Pita
    .25 of low fat shredded cheese
    Spinach leaves

    Great Lunch, Very healthy!

Directions

This is enough to 1/2 fill two Pita's. I cut my Pita in half and then fill each 1/2. This is 2 servings so that is enough for each person to have 1 WHOLE pita. Top with cheese and Spinach.
