Yogurt Crepes

Ingredients

    3 egg whites
    1/2 cup yougurt
    3/4 c skim milk
    3/4 c flour
    dash of salt
    1 T sugar

Directions

Whiz all ingredients in blender. Spoon onto hot griddle - spreading out into thin pancakes. Turn and brown.
