2 Tblspn Rolled Oats
6 Tblspn Water
2 Medium Apples, grated
1 Medium Banana, chopped
2 Tblspn Lemon Juice
2 Tblspn Pumpkin or Sunflower Seeds
2 Tblspn (1.5 oz or 40grams) Raisins or Sultanas
2 Tblspn Toasted Shredded Coconut (plain if you like
2 Tblspn Slivered Almonds
3/4 cup (7 oz or 200 grams) Diet Yogurt any flavour
Add all other ingredients to the oats in the morning and mix well.
Serve garnished with slices of strawberry if liked.
