Fruit Smoothie

    3/4 cup Plain yogurt
    1/5 cup fresh or frozen fruit
    1/4 tsp Vanilla extract
    4 tsps Splenda
    1 cup skim milk


Blend ingredients. You can use vanilla or lemon flavored yogurt instead of adding the vanilla and or Splenda. Also, you can adjust the sweetness to your liking. Also, may adjust milk content to desired thickness.
