Spicy Apple Breakfast Shake

Introduction

A complete breakfast beverage chock full of nutrients! A complete breakfast beverage chock full of nutrients!
Number of Servings: 2

Ingredients

    1/2 cup Quaker Oats, natural whole grain
    1 cup Lactaid Non-Fat Milk
    1 small apple cored and cut into chunks*
    1 tablespoon Jarrow brown rice protein powder
    1/8 teaspoon cinnamon
    3-4 ice cubes

Directions

Put all ingredients into a blender, blend on high for 1 minute. The more you blend it the better it gets. Always blend a full minute in order to
break down the oats.
* You can substitute 1 fruit of your choice and leave out or vary the spice .
A yummy no added sugar, lactose free, high protein meal in itself.
