    1 1/2 cup chopped onion
1 lb. ground elk or venison
    1/2 cup chicken broth, divided

Easy to make! I had to use lean ground beef, I couldn't find any venison or elk. I will make this again, next time I will try a low sodium version. - 2/26/11

Different, easy, tasty. Hubby loved it. I used ground turkey (no elk near me I'm afraid) and brown rice pasta and it went over great. Thanks! - 5/7/09
