Ingredients

    3/4 c egg whites
    1 tbsp egg beaters
    1/4 c low fat ricotta cheese
    1 tbsp splenda
    1 tsp vanilla extract
    1 tbsp cinnamon
    1 1/2 tsp smart balance butter
    1/4 c sugar free syrup

Directions

Mix all ingredients excep butter and syrup. POur in a frying pan that has been sprayed with pam.
Fry until cooked throughout. Put on a plate and top with butter and syrup.
