Ingredients

4 bone-in and skin on chicken breast halves
2 Tbs. olive oil
Mrs. Dash original seasoning, or your favorite flavor mix
garlic powder
2 (10 oz.) boxes broccoli spears, thawed
1 can reduced sodium cream of celery soup
1 can 98% fat free cream of chicken soup
1 soup can of water (10.75 oz.)
2 tsp. worcestershire sauce
1 1/2 tsp. dried thyme
prepare brown rice to serve 4
(opt.) cook an orange or yellow vegetable to go with this meal.
Directions
Makes 4 servings
Preheat oven to 400 F. Place olive oil in large roasting dish. Take each chicken breast and turn to coat in oil, leaving skin side up in pan. Sprinkle Mrs. Dash salt-free seasoning on top of chicken (any flavor you like). Roast chicken for 30 minutes in oven. After 30 minutes, remove chicken from dish and temporarily place on heatproof platter. Drain accumulated oil from dish. Place chicken back in roasting dish in a row down center of dish. Arrange thawed broccoli spears in 2 rows flanking the chicken. Sprinkle broccoli with garlic powder. Mix soups, water, worcestershire sauce and thyme. Pour sauce over broccoli spears. Return roasting dish to oven and bake another 30 minutes until juices from chicken run clear. Meanwhile, prepare some Rice a roni or Minute brown rice. Alternatively, start traditional brown rice before beginning the chicken dish. Serve the broccoli and sauce on top of the rice with the chicken alongside on each plate. If desired, also cook an orange or yellow vegetable to go with this meal.
